Yup, it was done in my colleague’s tooth, a dentist. Hidden proximal caries on upper left second premolar.

I did the restoration using IPS EMPRESS-Direct (ivoclar), with SDR (Dentsply) as low shrinkage stress flowable composite material to compensate with cavity irregularity.
Polishing and finishing were done using soflex (3MESPE) and enhance (#dentsply). Sectional matrix was using Triodent with narrow ring. 🙂
