Sometimes, I also updated my cases at Line or Linkedin. 🙂 this topic will focus only on conservative dentistry cases such as restorative dentistry and endodontic or root canal treatment.

This patient had perforation on the bifurcation on first molar root canal. I suspected that the previous operator failed to find a correct root canals or orifices, it is proven by the gutta percha trial x-ray image from the patient (figure 1).

When i opened the temporary filling, i found out a big perforation.. after finishing the access opening, i closed the perforated wall with Glass Ionomer Cement KetacMolar (3MESPE).
I did the endodontic treatment with Mtwo (VDW), coronally sealed with SDR (dentsply), composite resin directly placed over the coronal portion with CeramXone (dentsply). And polished with Soflex (3MESPE).
