I got this referral from my friend (a dentist) due to the difficulty to find the right orifices while The access opening had already been done (Fig. 1 & 2).
After i finished the access, clean the cavity, find the right orifices. I continued to clean and shape the canal with Mtwo (VDW), NaOCl 5,24%, and Coronally Sealed it with SDR (Dentsply)
