Sometimes, I also updated my cases at Line or Linkedin. 🙂 this topic will focus only on conservative dentistry cases such as restorative dentistry and endodontic or root canal treatment.

I dedicated this case to dental clinicians who love to use GIC as Caries Control Restoration, and who tend to work with GIC due to several reasons. 🙂
I got this patient complaining about her lower right first and second molars with sensitivity while drinking. Those teeth had been restored with GIC material, but the sensitivity still persist. In a radiographic images, we got a picture of another unfilled cavity in the proximal area on tooth 46. And the GICs marginal area not too tight.
The i replace the former GIC, prepare the cavity with TunnelPreparation on 46. Put matrix on 46, and restore with GIC, the material i used was KetacMolar fro. 3MESPE. polishing with arkansas stone, Enhance (Dentsply), & soflex (3MESPE). Final xray image showed an intact GIC-Tooth margin, and homogenous GIC restoration.
8 months follow up seems the GIC still in a good shape.
