Restodontic: From apical to coronal, “Retreatment”

The story started at 3 weeks ago, my friend (dentist) want her teeth repaired due to persistent pain. She brought her own xray image with her. Both the xray image and the restoration showed improper treatment.
Then, i opened the cavity, removed all the remaining GuttaPercha, followed by removing all the previous restoration, and rewalling with composite resin material. Endodontic treatment done with Mtwo (VDW), sealed with SDR (Dentsply). Two weeks later, i changed the coronal restoration with direct composite resin z350xt (3MESPE).

ps: there are 2 xrays at the bottom of this collage, the big one is the xray after obturation, and the small one is the xray after coronal restoration, showing the homogenicity of the restoration.
