A patient came with a chief complain of food retention between the upper right first premolar and the bridge, he had went to several dentists to receive dental treatment but always get “temporary filling”.
the radiographic image showed radiolucencies in the periapical and cavity reaching the pulp.

After receiving proper informed consent, at first I did access cavity, rewalling with composite resin (Z350xt 3M) prior to endodontic treatment. Shaping was done with ProtaperNext (Dentsply), coronally sealed with flowable composite Z350xt (3M), followed with filtek Bulkfill packable composite and Z350xt (3M). Xray was taken with Durr scan (70kV, 7mA, 0,10seconds)
