Irrigation protocol is one crutial moment in endodontics. It will dissolve remaining soft tissues and every organic substances (includes ‪bacteria‬, ‪yeast‬, ‪‎virus‬) inside the root canals.. it will also convert part of this organic substance into soap by means of saponification process, this will allow the instrument moving toward the root canals smoothly.. oh, and when all the things was gone, i call it clean..

Ps: the larger image was taken with extraoral approach, thanks to good mouth mirror (Hannenkratt). And the smaller one was taken with intraoral camera (Durr VistaCAM_HD).
The irrigant was SodiumHypochlorite (NaOCl 5,24%)
