Replacement of Class II Cavity with Composite Resin

Patient came with uncomfortable, itchi sensation, yet sensitive while drinking cold beverages on upper left tooth. On clinical view, This tooth had its old restoration broken, and radiographic image showed a deep caries on upper left first premolar..…

After taken appropriate consent, i started removing this old restoration, followed with removing secondary caries prior to placing sectional matrix (Triodent)..
As a first layer of my composite resin filling, i put low_shrinkage_stress flowable composite using Filtek_BulkFill (3M), and followed with packable composite..
