Endodontic and Fiber Post placement on upper right canine

Long time no post case with fiber post.
This case will emphasize on the length of fiber post in post endodonticallh treated tooth.
The post should be long enough to meet the aforementioned biomechanical demands without jeopardizing root integrity. The standard parameters for post placement in a tooth with normal periodontal support are:
1. In case of non adhesive cementation (metal post only):
a. 2/3 the length of the canal
b. A radicular extension at least equal to the coronal length of the core
c. One half the bone-supported length of the core
2. In case of adhesive cementation (fiber post)
a. 1/3 to 1/2 the length of the canal, maximum
b. A radicular extension about the coronal length of the core.

This case protocols: Shaping was done with Mtwo files (VDW) with clockwise reciprocal motion (imate2C endomotor from Denjoy). Cleaning with sodium hypochlorite 5,24% (generic), EDTA 18% sol (ultradent), CVC guttapercha with resin based sealer. Fiberpost cemented with resin cement (relyx u200 – 3M), and core build up with bulkfill composite (filtek bulkfill – 3M). Xray evaluation with vistaray 7.1 sensor (durr) showed intact marginal integrity and homogeneous body.
