Post Endodontic Restoration with Composite Resin

My patient had 5 weeks control treatment yesterday. It was very happy for me to know that now she has no problem with her tooth. And ready to be restored to replace her temporary filling. (please refer to case 113 for more detailed information)

After taking a proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment as follows:
1. Rubberdam placement: hu friedy rubber dam clam and nictone rubbber dam sheet.
2. Core material: Filtek BulkFill (3M)
3. Dentin color: Filtek Z350XT (3M) shade A4
4. Enamel color: Filtek Z350XT (3M) shade A2
5. Finishing and polishing: Soflex (3M), Enhance (Dentsply).
6. Xray Evaluation with VistaRay 7.1 (Durr): picture not attached.

My patient liked it, and the xray evaluation showed a homogeneous filling material fufilling the cavity. Hope this defines the longevity of this restoration.
