Restoration on erosion-caries lesion on labial-cervical surface

A patient, 14 years old, came to fix her tooth after heavily destructed-cavitated due to erosion, caries, old restoration, and post orthodontic treatment with bad oral hygiene. What surprised me was that the patient had her teeth bleached by previous dentist with recent condition, i couldn’t imagine the hypersensitivity that arouse from that moment..

After taking proper informed consent, i started the dental treatment. Isolation was done by placing rubber dam (hu friedy rubberdam clamp w8a and sanctuary rubberdam sheet medium). The clamp placed to retract the gingiva and done the isolation. Adhesive phase was done with single bond universal (3M), and final restoration with filtek bulkfill flowable (3M), a low shrinkage stress flowable composite resin material, followed with G-aenial (GC). Polishing with soflex (3M) and enhance (dentsply).
