Post orthodontic treated patient, came with the chief complain on a sensitive tooth while drinking cold beverages, and wanted to fix her smile.
Yup, there were many similar lesions on her mouth, combination of erosion, caries, cavity on many teeth.
And, i was trying to fix it conservatively, by only removing the destructed dental tissues.

After get a proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment. First, i put rubber dam (sanctuary rubberdam sheet) from right to left upper first premolar. Then, i placed hu friedy 212 clamp to retract the respected gingiva. Then, i prepare the tooth, followed with placing single shade of composite resin, G-aenial (GC). Polishing was done with soflex (3M) and enhance (dentsply).
