Endodontic treatment on lower right second molar

I got referral case from Dr. Vivi (dentist in Jakarta) to treat an endodontic treatment on lower right second molar with apical lesion from endodontic origin.
This case will give the way of creating 4 walled cavity access before endodontic treatment

After taking proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment. I did cavity access before placing rubber dam (hu friedy rubber dam clamp and blossom rubberdam sheet) and greatercurve matrix. As first molar is missing, i used the matrix also as a clamp. Then i put composite resin (filtek Z350XT) to build the mesial wall.
Shaping was done with Mtwo files (VDW) with clockwise reciprocal motion and rotary motion with I-mate2C endomotor (Denjoy). Cleaning with Natrium Hypochlorite 5,24% (generic) and EDTA 18% sol (ultradent). Obturation with gutta percha and EndoRez sealer (ultradent) and coronally sealed with low shrinkage stress flowable composite resin (filtek bulkfill flowable – 3m).
