Post endodontic Restoration with Composite Resin

ten days have passed, my patient came to control her tooth and got a restoration.
Still remember my case which tooth has periapical lession of endodontic origin? (I’ve also attached the case below,  please refer to case 117) the swollen has healed after one visit endodontic treatment. And i am ready to do my next step: restoration.

After taking a proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment as follows:
1. Rubber dam placement: hu friedy rubberdam clamp and nictone rubberdam sheet.
2. Coronal seal: low shrinkage stress flowable composite (filtek bulkfill flowable – 3M) ~ previously placed after obturation.
3. Core: filtek bulkfill – 3M
4. Dentin layer: filtek Z350XT shade A4
5. Enamel layer: filtek Z350XT shade A2
6. Finishing and polishing: soflex (3M) and Enhance (Dentsply)
7. Xray examination with VistaRay 7.1 (Durr) showed: hermetic filling, maintained marginal integration between composite resin – guttapercha – tooth structure, resorbed sealer (EndoRez – Ultradent) at apices, and homogeneous composite resin at coronal.
