Replacing old composite with the new one on lower left first molar

Patient came to have a dental treatment due to a sensitive tooth on lower left region. It was being restored with composite resin at 2014-2015 but the anatomy didnt look well, showed some ditching, and secondary caries (or maybe a progression on unfinished caries removal)

After taking a proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment as follows:
1. Rubberdam placement: hu friedy rubberdam clamp and blossom rubberdam sheet.
2. Composite resin: CeramX SphereTec shade A4 for dentin, and CeramX SphereTec (Dentsply) A1 for enamel shade.
3. Finishing and polishing: Soflex (3M) and Enhance (Dentsply)
4. Xray with VistaRay 7.1 (Durr): showed a good radiopacity of this composite with good marginal integrity, and homogeneous restoration body. This will provide a good longevity of this restoration.
