Endodontic treatment on upper right second premolar.

A patient came with an asymptomatic pain on upper right premolar, the cavity has progressed into the pulp. And irreversible pulpitis occurs.

After taking proper informed consent, i started the dental treatment as follows:
1. Rubber dam: hu friedy rubberdam clamp, blossom rubberdam sheet (restorative procedure), and nictone rubberdam sheet – heavy (endodontic procedure)
2. Rebuild up the distal wall with composite resin (Z350XT – 3M) and OmniMatrix (Ultradent)
3. Shaping root canals: Genius Files 30/04 (ultradent) with reciprocal motion first and rotary motion after, using genius endomotor (ultradent)
4. Irrigation with Sodium Hypochlorite 3% (Chlorcid – Ultradent), EDTA 18% sol (Ultradent) and activate it with F files from Engineered Endo.
5. Obturation with Endorez system CVC (Ultradent)
6. Coronal seal with low shrinkage stress flowable composite (filtek bulkfill flowable – 3M)
7. Radiographic Evaluation with Vistaray 7.1 (Durr) showed a hermetic filling, intact margin of composite resin, dentine, and guttapercha.
