My endodontic Journey: leaked of composite resin lead to pulpal infection

Patient came with persistent pain on upper right second molar. The tooth still vital, tender on percussion, and radiographic image showed line of radiolucencies adjacent to composite resin filling from coronal (2 years old restoration).

After taking proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment as follows:
1. Rubber dam placement: hu friedy rubberdam clamp and blossom rubber dam sheet placed for proper isolation
2. Working lenght measurement with i-find apex locator (ultradent)
3. Shaping with: mtwo files (VDW) with both clockwise rotary and reciprocating movement using imate2c endomotor (denjoy).
4. Cleaning with Sodium Hypochlorite 5,24%, and EDTA 18% sol (ultradent).
5. Obturation with guttapercha and endorez system (ultradent).
6. Coronal seal with Low shrinkage stress flowable composite: filtek bulkfill flowable (3M)
7. Xray examination with VistaRay 7.1 (Durr) showing a hermetic filling from apical to coronal.
