Post endodontic restoration with composite resin

A two weeks follow up on post endodontically treated tooth with a previous symptomatic apical periodontitist, and gingival and localized alveolar bone necrosis related to the leak of arsenic contained paste. The symptom has disappear. The gingiva has healed. And ready for composite resin placement.

After taking proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment procedure as follows:
1. Rubberdam: hufriedy rubberd clamp and nictone rubberdam sheet
2. Composite resin: filtek bulkfill packable (3M) as dentin replacement (core), filtek z350XT shade A4 (dentin shade), filtek bulkfill shade A2 (enamel shade).
3. Polished with soflex (3M), enhance (dentsply)
4. Radiographic examination with VistaRay 7.1 (Durr) showed homogeneous body of restoration and intact marginal integrity between gutta percha, composite resin, and dentin/enamel.
