after taking proper examination, discussion, and informed consent. i started my dental treatment as follows:

1. Rubberdam placement: sanctuary rubberdam clamp and sheet
2. replacement of old proximal filling and get the new one with composite resin Z350XT (3M) shade A2, guided by greatercurve matrix.
3. shaping with Protaper Next (Dentsply) with Endomotor iM2C (denjoy)
4. cleaning with Sodium Hypochlorite 5,24%, EDTA 18% sol (ultradent).
5. obturation with Guttapercha with epoxy based resin sealer (Syntex – Cerkamed).
6. coronally sealed with low shrinkage stress flowable composite resin: Filtek Bulkfill flowable (3M)
7. core build up with filtek bulkfill packable composite resin (3M)
8. dentin shade with Filtek Z350XT shade A4, and enamel shade with Filtek Z350XT shade A2.
9. Xray examination with VistaRay 7.1 sensor (durr) Showed good marginal integrity between composite resin, tooth structure, and gutta percha. also a homogeneous inner body of guttapercha and composite resin.
