Post endodontic restoration with composite resin

A patient came with a periapical lesion of endodontic origin at tooth 15 (upper right second premolar) which had endodontically treated at 2015. She came with a persistent pain, food stuck, and broken tooth structure on mesiopalatal.
After taking proper informed consent, i started my endodontic treatment by doing access preparation, rewalling with composite resin and greatercurve matrix attached in tofflemire. Followed with rubberdam placement (hu friedy rubberdam clamp and sanctuary rubberdam sheet). Removal of gutta percha, reshaping the root canals with mtwo files (VDW), and recleaning with Sodium Hypochlorite 5,24%, EDTA 18% sol (ultradent). Re obturate with guttapercha and endorez (ultradent). Coronally seal with composite resin (filtek bulkfill flowable – 3M). Radiographic examination with Vistaray 7.1 (durr) showed a hermetic obturation, with intact coronal seal.

An eight weeks follow up on post endodontically treated tooth with a previous symptomatic apical periodontitist on post endodontically treated upper right first molar, with marginal gingiva hiperplastic.
The symptom has disappear. The gingiva has healed. And ready for composite resin placement.
After taking proper informed consent, i started my dental treatment procedure as follows:

1. Rubberdam: hufriedy rubberd clamp and nictone rubberdam sheet
2. Composite resin: filtek bulkfill packable (3M) as dentin replacement (core), filtek z350XT shade A4 (dentin shade), filtek bulkfill shade A2 (enamel shade).
3. Polished with soflex (3M), enhance (dentsply)
4. Radiographic examination with Vista Scan (Durr) showed homogeneous body of restoration and intact marginal integrity between gutta percha, composite resin, and dentin/enamel.
